Doors to Diplomacy

Secretary Colin Powell : "The high school teams who created this year's winning Web sites are from Atizapan de Zaragoza, Mexico, and Oswego, New York; 183 teams from 27 countries competed for these awards. Scholarship Information

The Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans has a long-standing history of helping young people from across the nation triumph over adversity. Through educational programs and services, the Association works with secondary school students who have experienced some of our society's harshest realities. These are students who would not be able to attend college without the support of the Horatio Alger Association.
